BrinkAlert Packaging Update: 5' Tracks Now Ship as 2.5' Segments

We’re making a small improvement to how our Commercial Door Light Kits (CDLK) and other products are packaged and shipped and it’s designed to make life easier for both dealers and installers.
What’s Changing?
Historically, our kits shipped with 5-foot LED retainer track sections. Moving forward, our kits are still built around 5-foot track runs, but the track will now ship as two 2.5-foot segments per 5-foot section.
In other words:
Track runs are still 5 feet
They are simply packaged as 2.5-foot sections for shipping
Why We’re Making This Update
This change allows us to move to a true “kit-in-a-box” format.
All of our new kit item codes will arrive in one box with all components inside, including the LED strips, LED harness cables, LED Controller, 24VDC power supply, signal cable, LED retainer tracks, screws and installation manual.
That means:
Lower shipping costs
Easier handling
Fewer packaging complications
A more consistent dealer experience
Does This Affect Installation?
Installation includes one additional step: connecting the track segments.
But the important part is this:
The finished look, fit, and performance remain exactly the same.
This update only changes how the track is packaged not how the system performs once installed.
