LED Warning Lights for Blind

Warehouse Corners & Traffic Intersections

Warehouse blind corners are one of the most common locations for near misses and collisions between forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and pedestrians. When people or equipment approach an intersection from different directions, visibility is often limited until it's too late.

The BrinkAlert Blind Corner Light Kit (BCLK) improves awareness by activating high-visibility LED warning lights whenever movement is detected at a blind corner. Using motion sensors and the ApproachAlert LED Controller, the system provides an active visual warning before personnel or equipment enter the intersection.

The result is a safer workplace with improved visibility, smoother traffic flow, and reduced collision risks throughout warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

HOW THE BCLK SYSTEM WORKS

HOW THE BCLK WORKS

The Blind Corner Light Kit continuously monitors traffic approaching a warehouse blind corner using motion sensors positioned to watch each travel path.

When a pedestrian, forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment enters a detection zone, the ApproachAlert LED Controller activates the LED warning lights, alerting approaching traffic from the other direction.

Instead of relying on mirrors or warning signs, the system provides an active visual warning only when traffic is present.

EASY INSTALLATION

The Blind Corner Light Kit is designed for quick installation in existing warehouses and industrial facilities.

Mount the LED warning strips at the blind corner, install the motion sensors to monitor approaching traffic, connect all components to the ApproachAlert LED Controller, and apply power.

The system is ready to improve safety with minimal disruption to facility operations.

IMPROVE SAFETY AT BLIND CORNERS

dark-blind-corner-no-light.jpg

Blind warehouse corners reduce visibility and increase the risk of collisions between pedestrians and powered industrial trucks.

Unlike open aisles, personnel cannot see approaching traffic until they are already entering the intersection.

The BrinkAlert Blind Corner Light Kit provides an active visual warning that helps improve awareness before people or equipment reach the corner.

Unlike convex mirrors or painted floor markings, the system only activates when movement is detected, providing a more noticeable warning where it matters most.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BCLK FAQ

WHY BLIND CORNER SAFETY MATTERS

lind corners are found throughout warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers where intersecting traffic limits visibility. Forklift operators, pedestrians, pallet jacks, and carts often approach these intersections from different directions without seeing each other until the last moment.

Installing a Blind Corner Light Kit helps improve awareness by providing active visual warnings whenever traffic approaches the intersection. The result is improved visibility, smoother traffic flow, and a safer working environment throughout the facility.
